The Generalate Community in Cape Coast is the seat of the Superior General of the Society of the Infant Jesus. There are five sisters in the community. Sr. Francisca Damoah, SIJ, Sr. Chris Angela Anyimadu, SIJ, Sr. Rebecca Paidoo, SIJ, Sr. Mary Amponsah Nyarko, SIJ and Sr. Joyce Davies, SIJ. Sr. Mary Amponsah Nyarko is the Superior of the community.
